Job Description

Echolab Laboratory & Radiology Services seeks an Account Receivables Specialist to manage debt recovery and financial reconciliation processes, ensuring accurate client account management and compliance with credit control policies in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients via calls, emails, and visits for payment collections
• Escalate problematic accounts to management
• Post customer payments into SAP system
• Reconcile invoices and process credit notes
• Maintain accurate customer ledger balances
• Resolve billing disputes professionally
• Collaborate with debt recovery consultants
• Conduct credit checks on new clients
• Ensure compliance with credit policies
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• ICAN certification (minimum professional level completion)
• 2-3 years experience in debt recovery or receivables management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for debtor engagement
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP accounting software
• Analytical abilities for account reconciliation
• Critical thinking for discrepancy resolution
• Experience handling large data volumes efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills
