Job Description

Support field electrical maintenance operations and implement Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) safety protocols for lighting, HVAC systems, and motor maintenance.Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical guidance to junior technicians on complex electrical issues.Perform assembly, testing, and modification of electrical control systems and machinery in industrial settings.Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify system failures and execute preventive maintenance strategies.Document operational data and recommend equipment upgrades to enhance reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor junior technicians in resolving complex electrical problems
• Assemble and modify electrical components according to engineering specifications
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform corrective maintenance
• Record operational data and recommend equipment modifications

Eligibility

• Previous experience in a closely related electrical engineering technician role
• Relevant industry certifications or equivalent professional credentials
• Strong communication skills for reporting field conditions and remediation steps
• Demonstrated teamwork abilities across diverse authority levels
• Adaptability to high-pressure deadlines and shifting priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
