Job Description

Seeking a customer-focused Front Desk Officer to deliver warm welcomes and efficient service at our bakery location.This role involves managing customer interactions, processing orders, handling payments, and maintaining seamless front-of-house operations aligned with bakery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and provide comprehensive information about bakery products, pricing, and promotions.
• Accurately process in-store, phone, and online orders.
• Manage reservations and coordinate custom orders for cakes, pastries, and event packages.
• Handle cash, card, and transfer payments while issuing receipts.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
• Keep precise records of daily sales and order details.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor display product inventory and initiate restocking alerts.

Eligibility

• Minimum educational requirement: SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, front desk operations, or hospitality is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with effective multitasking capabilities.
• Basic mathematics proficiency and computer literacy; POS system familiarity preferred.
