Job Description

Strategic leadership role driving marketing innovation in PropTech and real estate sectors.Develop integrated marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences including developers, landlords, and institutional investors.Elevate brand positioning through data-driven strategies and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans supporting business objectives across B2B/B2C verticals
• Lead digital performance campaigns for property sales, rentals, and enterprise clients
• Optimize conversion funnels via SEO, SEM, email, and social media strategies
• Oversee brand evolution across website, mobile app, PR, and event touchpoints
• Collaborate with Product/Sales teams on go-to-market strategies and sales collateral
• Manage PR initiatives and represent company at real estate conferences/PropTech summits
• Drive targeted campaigns for investors, buyers, tenants, and developers
• Monitor marketing KPIs and ROI using analytics tools for data-driven optimization

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years marketing experience with 3-5 years in leadership roles
• Proven success in PropTech marketing (residential/commercial)
• Expertise in digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, CRM systems
• Exceptional leadership, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
