Job Description

Total Data Limited seeks an experienced IT Specialist to maintain and optimize our technological infrastructure. This pivotal role involves overseeing office systems, providing technical support across the organization, and driving IT projects that enhance operational efficiency while ensuring reliable network performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal performance of computers, servers, and networking equipment
• Deliver prompt technical support for hardware and software issues
• Train staff on software applications and advanced usage techniques
• Install, configure, and upgrade PC/server hardware and operating systems
• Manage network configurations and internet connectivity solutions
• Diagnose and resolve network hardware and cabling issues
• Coordinate IT projects including system installations and enhancements
• Research and evaluate hardware/software solutions through needs assessments
• Monitor IT budgets for cost efficiency
• Advise management on IT strategy and system improvements
• Administer web applications including company website and Zoho Recruit
• Stay current with emerging IT industry trends and technologies

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in system support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email servers, and cloud applications
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented approach to technical support delivery
