Job Description

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.Strategic leadership role overseeing maintenance operations across multiple project sites.Responsible for implementing preventive maintenance programs and resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive maintenance programs for seismic and electrical equipment
• Supervise maintenance operations for vehicles, generators and field machinery
• Manage workshop activities including equipment servicing and calibration
• Lead and mentor technical teams of technicians and mechanics
• Implement safety standards and operational accountability systems

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or related Engineering discipline
• Proven maintenance management experience in seismic or oil/gas operations
• Technical expertise in mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams across multiple locations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
