Job Description

Critical role ensuring pharmaceutical quality compliance in humanitarian supply chain operationsImplementation of WHO Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP) for medical warehouse activitiesQuality control oversight for life-saving medical supplies in conflict-affected regions

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise physical inspections and quality control of incoming medical supplies
• Ensure regulatory compliance during medical goods reception and storage
• Manage deviation reports, supplier complaints, and corrective action plans
• Maintain warehouse compliance with WHO GSDP including temperature monitoring
• Oversee controlled drug management and medical product disposal
• Conduct staff training on quality assurance protocols

Eligibility

• University degree in quality management systems (pharmacy-related) or Pharmacy degree
• Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance within manufacturing/distribution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP software knowledge advantageous
• Fluency in English; local language skills preferred
• Valid Nigerian work permit required
