Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all terminal security operations including regulatory compliance and incident response
• Serve as Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) maintaining ISPS compliance
• Monitor local security threats using data-driven tools and threat assessments
• Oversee technical security systems like CCTV and access control
• Conduct security incident investigations and prepare detailed reports
• Manage vendor relationships and security procurement processes
• Implement travel security protocols for high-risk locations
• Develop security culture through training programs and advisories
• Control security budgets and resource allocation
• Lead and mentor the terminal security team

Eligibility

• Proven experience as a Security Manager in ports, logistics, mining, or aviation sectors
• Professional certification in Security/Risk Management (CSMP, CPP, ISO 31000)
• Valid ISPS PFSO certification
• Strong investigative skills with incident reporting expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics tools like Power BI
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, and physical protection systems
• Exceptional English communication abilities
• Valid driver's license
