Job Description

Ensure seamless SAP system operations supporting nationwide business functions through technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration.Deliver Level 2/3 support by resolving complex SAP issues and implementing preventive solutions through root cause analysis.Manage incident resolution within SLAs and oversee SAP service requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise in SAP PP, QM, and MM modules with comprehensive master data knowledge
• Oversee end-to-end business processes including Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash
• Lead Level 1 support teams to ensure application stability in manufacturing operations
• Coordinate with business users and IT teams to deliver application enhancements
• Manage medium-to-large SAP projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints
• Generate data-driven management reports for strategic decision-making
• Bridge communication between technical and business stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in support processes and system performance

Eligibility

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP application experience
• Proven track record in manufacturing environment application support management
• Strong analytical capabilities for data interpretation and reporting
• Demonstrated SAP project leadership experience from initiation to completion
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
• Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement focus
