Job Description

Lead advanced poultry operations for Layer and Broiler Breeders using automated systems like closed houses and tunnel ventilationImplement international best practices in farm management and biosecurity protocolsDevelop team capabilities through recruitment, training, and performance evaluation systemsOptimize infrastructure for cost efficiency and high productivity in hatching egg productionAchieve key targets including mortality rates, flock uniformity, and egg production metrics

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee ultra-modern automated farming operations with minimal human intervention
• Establish protocols for vaccination, biosecurity, feeding, and health management
• Design performance measurement frameworks for flock uniformity and production efficiency
• Maintain international biosecurity standards and sanitation practices
• Reduce operational costs while meeting production targets for hatching eggs

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Sciences, Agriculture Science (Animal Production), or related Post-graduate specialization in Poultry Production/Pathology
• 15-20 years poultry management experience with exposure to automated farming systems
• Proven experience in developing regions, particularly African markets
