Job Description

Lead strategic IT operations for a global agribusiness leader committed to sustainability and innovation.Drive technology transformation across Nigeria's agricultural value chain to enhance competitive advantage.Oversee critical IT infrastructure and digital initiatives that support food security and community prosperity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Nigeria's IT strategy aligned with global business objectives
• Manage national IT budgets while optimizing resource allocation for projects
• Champion digitization initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain operations
• Oversee SAP landscape optimization and Microsoft ecosystem integration
• Implement comprehensive cybersecurity measures to protect critical assets
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all IT operations and projects
• Mentor and develop local IT teams to foster innovation and performance
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with 3-5 years in senior leadership roles within manufacturing/industrial organizations
• Proven expertise in SAP implementation, Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365), and enterprise security programs
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks like ITIL and COBIT
• Exceptional strategic planning abilities to align technology with business objectives
• Outstanding communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels
• Proficiency in IT budgeting, resource allocation, and KPI reporting
