Job Description

Transsion Holdings seeks a detail-oriented Construction Supervision Manager to oversee store renovation projects and ensure compliance with company quality standards.The candidate will establish quality benchmarks, lead acceptance processes, and build a skilled supervision team to support nationwide expansion initiatives.Key responsibilities include project oversight, standards development, team leadership, quality assurance, cross-department coordination, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise store renovation acceptance across regions to ensure design and construction compliance
• Develop and enhance construction standards for quality consistency
• Build and manage skilled supervision teams for efficient project execution
• Identify construction defects and implement timely corrective solutions
• Coordinate with design, procurement and operations teams for business-aligned outcomes
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project status and performance metrics

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction supervision or store project management (retail/commercial preferred)
• Expertise in construction standards, materials, and quality control methodologies
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites nationwide
