Job Description

Develop detailed job plans for mechanical resources and field execution packages for equipment repairs and construction.Coordinate planning resources while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and turnaround specifications.Optimize integrated schedules through critical path analysis and milestone planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive job plans covering resource needs, safety protocols, and repair procedures
• Coordinate multi-craft scheduling and validate work steps with field teams
• Manage logistics including material procurement and site mobilization plans
• Conduct post-turnaround evaluations and incorporate best practices
• Steward communication on scope changes, budgets, and progress tracking

Eligibility

• Previous experience in maintenance planning within engineering environments
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical skills like pipe fitting, welding, and blueprint reading
• Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of safety systems like MOC/PSSR
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
• Safety certifications including SCBA equipment usage and fall protection training
